LeadPulse Terms of Use
Last updated 29 September 2026
LeadPulse is the client app of Agency Pilot, provided by Devtech, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as Agency Pilot ("we", "us").
By signing in to and/or using LeadPulse, on the web or in the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Agency Pilot Terms of Service, the Software License Agreement and the LeadPulse Privacy Policy. The Terms of Service include binding individual arbitration and a class-action waiver. Please read them.
This page highlights the parts that matter most to LeadPulse users. It doesn't replace the documents above; if they differ, the Terms of Service and Software License Agreement control.
1. You're a Client User
Whether you signed up yourself or your agency invited you, you are a "Client User" under the Terms of Service, and those Terms apply to you whenever you sign in or use LeadPulse. You may only sign up for a business you're authorized to act for. Your relationship with your agency, including what it charges you and what it delivers, is between you and your agency. We aren't part of it.
2. LeadPulse is free to you
We don't charge Client Users for LeadPulse. Agencies pay for it as part of their Agency Pilot plan. There are no purchases in the app. Some features, such as connecting ad and analytics accounts, only work once an agency is connected.
3. Your login
- Keep your password private and don't share your login. Each person at your business should have their own.
- Tell us or your agency right away if you think someone else has used your login.
- You're responsible for what's done with your login, including sale values, statuses and messages you enter.
4. Your business and your agency
- Your business owns its LeadPulse account and chooses which agency is connected to it. No agency sees your account until you approve its request.
- If you or your agency end the connection, the agency's access to your accounts is removed and your data stops updating. You keep read-only access to your history for 90 days.
- Leads and results your agency collected while it worked with you remain available to that agency.
5. Using LeadPulse properly
Don't use LeadPulse to break the law, to contact people in ways the law doesn't allow, to upload anything you don't have the right to share, or to try to get into data that isn't yours. Calls, texts and emails you start from a lead in the app are sent from your own phone and email, and you're responsible for them. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use section of the Terms of Service.
6. Availability
We work to keep LeadPulse available and accurate, but it's provided as it is, and the numbers you see depend on the platforms and accounts it's connected to. The limits on our liability are in the Terms of Service.
7. App stores
If you downloaded LeadPulse from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the app store terms in the Software License Agreement apply as well. Your agreement is with us, not with Apple or Google, and they aren't responsible for the app or its support.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using LeadPulse and delete your account at any time. Your agency can also remove your login.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
