What does LeadPulse cost?
Nothing. The app and your login are free. Your agency pays for LeadPulse as part of its Agency Pilot plan.
How do I get an account?
Your agency creates your login and emails you an invitation. LeadPulse doesn't offer sign-up on its own, because your leads and numbers come through your agency.
I can't sign in. What should I do?
Make sure you're using the email address your agency invited. If you've forgotten your password, reset it here. Still stuck? See Support.
Who can see my information?
You, the people you add to your business account, and the agency you're connected to. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the details.
What happens if I stop working with my agency?
Their access to your accounts ends, your data stops updating, and you keep read-only access to your history in LeadPulse for 90 days.
Is there an Android app?
LeadPulse is coming to iPhone and Android. Until the app is on your phone, sign in at app.myleadpulse.io in any mobile browser; it's built for small screens.
How do I delete my account?
From the app's settings, or by following the steps on Delete your account.
