LeadPulse Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 September 2026
LeadPulse is provided by Devtech, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as Agency Pilot ("we", "us"). This page explains what the LeadPulse app and the LeadPulse web app at app.myleadpulse.io collect, why, and what you can do about it.
LeadPulse is part of the Agency Pilot service, so the Agency Pilot Privacy Policy also applies to it. Where this page says something more specific about LeadPulse, this page applies.
1. Who is involved
- You and your business. Your LeadPulse login belongs to your business's account.
- Your agency. The marketing agency you're connected to (the one that invited you, or one whose request you approved) uses Agency Pilot to run your marketing. It decides which of your accounts are connected and what data it collects on your behalf, such as leads from your website and ads. If you signed up yourself, no agency sees your account until you approve one.
- Us. We run LeadPulse. For your login and your support requests we decide how data is used. For the leads, results and other business data in your account, we process it to provide the service to you and your agency.
2. What LeadPulse collects
Your account
Your name, your business's name, your email address, and a password (stored only as a hash) or the identifier from Google or Apple if you sign in with them. We also keep your notification and display settings.
What you add
Messages you send your agency, files you share, notes and statuses you put on leads, sale values you record, and support tickets you send us.
Your business's data
Leads (names, phone numbers, emails, messages and where each lead came from), calls, sales, and results from accounts connected by you or your agency, such as ad spend and performance from Google or Meta, website traffic, and Google Business Profile metrics.
Your device
If you turn on notifications, a device token so we can deliver them. When you send a support ticket from the app, it includes your device model, operating system and app version so we can troubleshoot; that information is only sent when you send the ticket. Like any website or app, our servers also log IP addresses, browser details and errors to keep the service secure and working.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't show ads in LeadPulse or use your data for advertising.
- We don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- We don't use your data to train general-purpose AI models.
4. How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To show you your leads and results, send you lead notifications, and deliver messages between you and your agency.
- To record sales you enter and, when your agency has set it up, send them to the ad platforms your campaigns run on so those campaigns can learn which leads became customers.
- To answer your support requests.
- To detect fraud and abuse, fix problems, and comply with the law.
5. Who can see it
- Your agency, while you are connected to it.
- Other people on your business's account, according to the access they were given.
- Our service providers that host and operate LeadPulse for us, such as hosting, email delivery and error monitoring, under contracts that limit what they can do with it.
- Platforms you or your agency connect, when you or they tell us to send data there.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it or to protect people's safety, and a buyer if our business is sold, subject to this policy.
6. How long we keep it
- While you're connected to an agency, your account stays active and up to date.
- If you or your agency end the connection, the agency's access to your accounts is removed and your data stops updating. You keep read-only access to your history for 90 days. The agency keeps the leads and results it collected while it worked with you.
- If your agency closes its Agency Pilot account, you get read-only access for 90 days, then your data is archived until one year after the closure and then permanently deleted. We tell you before each step.
- If you delete your account, we delete your login and profile. See Delete your account for what is removed and what stays with your business or agency.
- We keep records longer only when the law requires it, for example for tax purposes.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, and each business's data is kept separate from every other business's at the database level. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Your choices and rights
- Change your name, notification settings and theme in the app's settings.
- Turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your phone's settings.
- Delete your account from the app's settings or as described on Delete your account.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to how it's used. Email [email protected] and we'll verify the request and respond within the time the law allows. We won't treat you differently for asking.
9. Children
LeadPulse is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the relevant age). We don't knowingly collect their information.
10. Where your data is kept
We are based in the United States and store LeadPulse data there.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
